Le projet my blue alter ego explore la technique du cyanotype comme un espace de rencontre et de narration partagée. Conçu en collaboration avec des personnes en situation de handicap mental, le projet s’ancre dans une recherche sur l’identité et sur la manière dont elle peut se manifester à travers la trace, l’ombre et l’empreinte lumineuse.
Le processus a été pensé comme un atelier de cocréation, où chaque participant·e devient sujet et auteur. L’ombre ne cache pas : elle révèle autrement, dans un langage visuel qui contourne les mots. Ici, le bleu du cyanotype devient une couleur de mémoire, un souffle qui relie l’intime à l’universel.
Présentée en 2024 dans le cadre du festival La Nuit des Lampions au Luxembourg, l’installation finale s’est déployée dans la forêt sous la forme d’une fable lumineuse. Les silhouettes projetées, suspendues et illuminées, composaient un récit collectif où l’identité se lisait comme une constellation mouvante d’expériences humaines. L’œuvre, à la fois fragile et immersive, invitait le spectateur à entrer dans un monde où les ombres racontent, où la lumière devient langage et où la différence se transforme en poésie partagée.

The my blue alter ego project explores the cyanotype technique as a space for encounter and shared storytelling. Designed in collaboration with people with intellectual disabilities, the project is rooted in research on identity and how it can manifest through traces, shadows, and light imprints.
The process was conceived as a co-creation workshop in which each participant became both subject and author. Shadows do not hide; they reveal in a different way, through a visual language that bypasses words. Here, the blue of the cyanotype becomes a colour of memory, a breath that connects the intimate to the universal.
Presented in 2024 as part of the La Nuit des Lampions festival in Luxembourg, the final installation unfolded in the forest in the form of a luminous fable. The projected silhouettes, suspended and illuminated, composed a collective narrative in which identity was read as a shifting constellation of human experiences. The work, both fragile and immersive, invited viewers to enter a world where shadows tell stories, where light becomes language, and where difference is transformed into shared poetry.
